What happens if winter weather delays pickup?
If the pass closes or conditions make it unsafe for us to reach the drop-off location, we may need to reschedule your pickup. We’ll update the website and contact you with a new time and, if that timing doesn’t work for you, we’ll gladly refund your order.
I totally forgot to pick up my order - can you meet me Friday in town or…?
Life happens, we get it. Message us. If your story is epic, we might hold it a little longer. But custom meetups? Nah, sorry, we’re elbows-deep in dough.
I put in an order after this week’s cut-off time
Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will do our best to rescue it from the land of late orders. No promises though. It may need to slide into the following week. We have a handy timer on the storefront page to let folks know cut-off time.
I placed an order… and now I can’t pick it up.
If it’s not baked yet, we’ll move it to next week or refund you. If it is baked… call in a favor. Send a friend. Bribe a cousin. Once it’s out of the oven, we can’t un-bake it (sad panda). Contact us as soon as you can.
I thought I saw you at a market?
Yeah you did! We are at the Livingston and Bozeman Farmers’ Markets, and we are planning to expand into Billings as we grow. Keep an eye out. You will see us across Montana soon.
Why is there a twenty dollar minimum order?
It keeps things efficient, lets us bake fresh, and prevents one-cookie chaos.
Do you ship the bakes?
On wholesale orders, absolutely. Otherwise, sorry, no, we don’t ship. Keeping it local lets us keep prices down and quality up. Reach out here If you’re wanting more info.
Wholesale orders, you say?
Heck yes. If you run a café, shop, or need bulk treats, reach out. We bake in volume and pricing gets lower with quantity. (You cover delivery/shipping.) Reach out here If you’re wanting more info.
Do you cater weddings or special events?
Absolutely. Weddings, birthdays, showers - if there’s love and cake involved, we’re in. Contact us for how we can work together.
Can you make this / that / or my 2am binge craving?
Maybe! Send your wild idea. If it fits in our ovens (and our souls), we’ll see what we can do.
Do you have a bakery storefront somewhere?
We’re definitely working on it! Right now, we’re online and at markets (that’s how our prices are so low). Everything is baked in a certified commercial kitchen right here in Livingston.
Can I pre-order into the future?
Very soon we’ll be implementing future pre-orders and bake subscriptions (because who doesn’t like weekly bakes of their favorite bakes!). If you’re interested in our newsletter, sign up here, we’ll keep you up to date.
